The Non-Refundable Fee is $ 40.00 per adult or
$70.00 for a married couple with the same last name.

Please note it may take 24 to 48 hours to process an Application. Incomplete or illegible information will delay the screening process. It is also a good idea to contact your Landlords & let them know to respond to us quickly for faster approval
Holding Fee: Upon approval of your application you agree to pay a Holding Fee in consideration for holding the above unit until the agreed occupancy date. This Holding Fee varies by property but is never more than one month's rent and will be applied to the first month's rent at the time of occupancy. Should the applicant fail to occupy the unit on the agreed occupancy date the above Holding Fee will be forfeit.
The property will be advertised and shown to perspective tenants until the
Holding Fee is received.
