Our Fees
  • One Time Residential Lease Up Fees are equal to the amount of the 1st Month's Scheduled Rent with a minimum fee of $75.00 depending the size and needs of the Unit. Please contact us for a quote on your project.  
  • Commercial Leasing fees range from 4% to 10% with a minimum fee equal to the 1st Months Scheduled Rent.
